Cam Cazi- On the beat
Born in the country side of California and raised in the rough neighborhoods of Fort Worth, Texas, Cam Cazi (cam cah-zee) of Cazibeats has been making considerable noise of his own the past few years.
Singing under the independent Texas label, Pymped Out Entertainment, Cam Cazi began making impressive beats that took a curve to the sound that was currently permeating in the streets at that time. With no albums, mixtapes or artists to collaborate with, he released singles for free downloads on various social networking sites such as the indie music website Soundlick.com. As a result, has created a considerable buzz for himself the web.
His tracks are diverse and ranging in quality- to poppy R&B tunes to hardcore Hip Hop bangers, even going so far as throwing in influences of electronica, rock, and a dash of free-form sampling to create his hypnotizing and moving compilations. This year Mr.Cazi is working on collaborations with label mates under Pymped Out Ent., such as Mayote, and Player City. He also plans to work on projects with several artist abroad like Robot Frenzy. He is currently working on his first instrumental mixtape, "The More you Know", which is expected to drop near the end of 2011.
